Customer Education

On the day of your appointment, the technician will call you 30 mins prior to arrival. He will introduce himself and be wearing approved identification. We will then walk through all the installation options with you to make sure the work is done exactly to your expectations.

When we have completed the work the technician will spend some time educating you on how to use your new system, so that when we leave you have a full understanding of how everything works. We advise to write down questions and ask the technician on the day to make sure everything is covered from your perspective.

Should you still require assistance after the install day please feel free to call us for assistance. We will either solve your issue over the phone or organise for another technician visit to make sure you are 100% happy with your new equipment and how to operate it.
